April 23rd is creeping up quicker than I expected, and with that comes my big 30th birthday. I just looked over my 30 Before 30 list, and realized that I should probably mark off the ‘Take a dance or yoga lesson’. Even though we haven’t actually gone anyplace to take a lesson, Chris and I have been doing P90X for 30 days now- and we do Yoga for 90 minutes every week.
I honestly like it a lot more than I expected to. What a workout! I’ve always been somewhat flexible, but I can already tell that just doing yoga for these 4 weeks has increased my strength and flexibility. Some of the poses are still hard for me to do (like the crane!), but I’m working hard at it!
It looks like I won’t be finishing everything on the list, but I’ve been having fun doing some of these things… wish me luck!
