I can’t stand my all white master bathroom any longer. We’ve been in this house for almost 4 years, and I’ve finally decided to tackle it. Everything is white- the floor tiles, walls, sinks, & cabinets. And the walls are an ugly green/brown color. Our house is eleven years old, and of course was built with some of the plainest materials. We’re working on replacing those things gradually, and it’s time to make some changes in this bathroom.
I have really been admiring the charcoal/aqua combination, and pulled up a few inspiration images to get my wheels spinning.
Aren’t these just lovely?
I decided to start with the two sets of cabinets on each side of the double entry doors. I chose Black Jack from Benjamin Moore, and have already applied a first coat. Before & After:
Sooo much better already! Once I finish painting these babies I’m going to pick out a shade for the walls. I also decided that the plain white porcelain knobs would have to go, and I found some modern & inexpensive replacements at Lowe’s:
